Building Shell Profiles

The versatility of this 5 key component curved timber frame building shell system provides the opportunity to create a very wide range of different profile and size structures to efficiently and cost effectively meet the requirements of many different real estate sectors.

In this section the exterior and interior dimensions of our standard width Quonset, Gothic and Tudor profile structures will be illustrated. Custom width building shells packages can be created when standard packages do not meet client requirements.

Because these very rugged structures are free standing and require no interior cross bracing, the addition of second level lofts or full second floor framing is strictly an option and can be added anytime in the future if and when more interior space is needed.

All models can be constructed on slabs, frost walls, full and partial basements and posts.

20ft Wide Gothic Profile

This Gothic model represents the narrowest building shell in our product line and has limited space on the second level for a small loft area.

24ft Wide Gothic Profile

This Gothic model provides additional first and second level useable interior space.

28ft Wide Gothic Profile

This Gothic model provides more interior space for creating a wider range of interior layouts on one or two levels.

32ft Wide Gothic Profile

This Gothic model is by far the most popular size in our product line. With and without optional bump outs, it provides adequate interior space to meet the needs of many different residential, vacation home, professional, commercial and other clients.

32ft Wide Tudor Profile

This Tudor model includes straight side walls for clients that prefer this profile. The other significant difference between this model over the Quonset and Gothic units is the thicker depth of the side timber as the straight portion transitions into the curved segment of the arch.

36ft Wide Gothic Profile

This Gothic model provides even more interior area for clients requiring more space to handle their residential or other needs.

38ft Wide Quonset Profile

This Quonset model represents a single floor Bungalow for clients wishing to live in a very cozy, rugged and low energy structure.

39ft Wide Quonset Profile

This Quonset model is assembled with four feet of additional height for clients looking for a small loft or full second floor for additional living space.

40ft Wide Quonset Profile

This Quonset model has 8’ of additional height compared to the Bungalow to provide significantly more interior usable space on two levels if a second level is desired.
